My friend Fergie uses an old computer power supply to provide a constant 12v DC to a car CD player to use in a home. HOW TO: Take the green wire from the PSU (Power Supply Unit) and connect it to any black wire also on the PSU. Next, connect the power (red) and the ignition wire (yellow) from the Head Unit to any 12V (yellow) wire from the PSU. Connect any black wire from the PSU to the black ground on the Head Unit.
