Alright guys and gals.... this is a FANTASTIC way to save a TON of money and get that great monitor mix you've been dreaming of... DIY In Ear Monitors! Super cheap, really good sound quality (in my opinion), and custom fitted for you own ears! They don't slip out - no matter how "hardcore" you really think you are! Plus.... depending on your instrument/set-up, you won't ever have to lug around heavy, gigantic gear! I was playing through a gigantic bass rig. Now I play through these homemade IEMs! I bring my bass, my head phones, a mixer (for me), and some vicious finger-style bass that melts brains down to single atoms! Also, comment/message/email for directions on how to make a DIY receiver!
