In this video learn how to use the A/V receivers on screen menu to change the the initial volume the receiver plays when it first turns on. This will prevent undesirable volume level (specifically being too loud) when the receiver is first turned on. This video will also show you a step by step walk through to set the maximum volume your receiver will play back at. This feature is ideal to prevent over powering of your speakers and keeps the sound levels at a manageable level. Note: Yamaha receivers ship with both of these features in the "Off" position.
